Sicily Walking Tour departing May 12 and Sept 8, 2012.  last year was our inaugural year for this tour and we ran three tours, two in the spring and one in the fall. Corsica Walk, 2012 will be our fourth season for this fantastic tour on spectacular Corsica. The walks offer some of the most breathtaking views in our line up of trips. If you like remote hikes, combined with quaint villages, and both Mountain and Sea Views, then this is the tour for you. France with a twist = Corsica. June 9 and Sept 15 and private departures.

The last couple of years we have been busy developing new itineraries, in Italy and France, but also in Croatia, and Greece! Here are our new Greek tours.

Greece: Dodecanese Greek Islands boat based Walk. Oct 6, 2012 (7 nights, 8 days)
We developed this tour at the request of a group of travellers who did our Turkish Coast Walk &  Cruise in 2008. They loved the format of using the beautiful yacht to move along the ancient coast and drop off to explore on foot. This new tour, which we ran for the first time in October 2010 is a real beauty. I know, because I spent a month researching the tour in May of 2010 and then guided the tour with Greek guide Yorgos the following October. It was a huge success and is now one of my favourite tours. The boat is gorgeous, the islands are beautiful, and the  walks are spectacular. Needless to say, the food is excellent and of course the history is fascinating.

 Greece Pelopenese Bike: May 12 and Sept 22, 2012 (7 nights, 8 days). This is a tour we have developed for all you avid cyclists who toured with us in France and Italy, and who are looking for another fantastic tour but in new territory. Yorgos lives in Kalamata, and developed this tour to show off his home region, which is rich with history, culture, and exquisite rides.  Claire did the tour with Yorgos in Sept 2011 and absolutely loved it. .
